All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. 

Parcels are sent Express Post with tracking via Australia Post. Postage starts from $10.

Gold Coast locals can use free local pick up by using code LOVE at the checkout. 

Karen Valentine Millinery accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods during postage.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your product is faulty please contact us by email  at [email protected] or by our contact page.

If we offer you a refund,your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected,we will notify you that we received your return item.We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.Please allow a few days for transaction to appear on bank statement.
